Spinal Care and Rehabilitation Classes, Windsor

Our Spinal Care and Rehabilitation classes are small group-based classes. They are designed for people in Windsor and the surrounding Hawkesbury area who are looking for a supported setting that caters to their specific needs. The classes provide a space for anyone who is not up to the intensity of an unsupported workout and who needs to develop strength, conditioning and function that has been lost due to an injury, surgery or relevant medical condition.

About our rehabilitation classes

We offer small group classes that work on stabilising and strengthening muscle groups, helping to treat a large array of injuries and conditions. We’ve created a supportive environment where we can focus on each individual and their needs, making modifications and adjustments to exercises where required. We can also incorporate recommendations prescribed by our clients’ own treating therapists into the classes. This ensures everyone in the class is working on the appropriate musculoskeletal anatomy to help them recover safely and effectively.

Who are they for?

Our classes are available to people with a wide range of needs and requirements. This includes anyone who is:

  • Suffering with chronic pain
  • Recovering from an injury
  • Recovering from surgery
  • Unable or unsure of how to engage in exercise in a safe manner independently

Benefits of small group classes

Our classes are much smaller than the typical classes you’d find at a gym. This allows us to provide focus and attention to all our clients to make sure everyone is completing the exercises safely. Not only does this make the exercises more effective, but it also helps minimise injuries that could occur in an unsupported environment.

We also know that getting injured can be a mentally challenging experience. That’s why we’ve created a comfortable and encouraging space for those who can’t join a gym or exercise on their own. Our classes are a great place to form a community where you can exercise safely and with the support of the group.

Fees

Our classes cost $165 for 10-week program.

Please note that due to current COVID-19 restrictions, we are currently offering interactive online classes. Membership to our interactive online classes is $10/week, which allows you full unlimited access to all of our daily classes. For more information visit our Interactive Online Health page.

How to book

Before attending classes, we may recommend booking an initial consultation with our physiotherapist if your injuries or needs are complex. This allows us to get an initial idea of your individual needs and goals. We can then recommend a specific class where you will be exercising alongside people with similar requirements. If you are already currently seeing a physiotherapist or similar, you may not need to see our physiotherapist before commencing classes.

Simply get in touch with our team on (02) 45774458 so we can discuss your situation and make a plan that we can work towards together.
